About this site

HoneyLiv is a community site for Livia's viewers. On this page, "we", "us" and "Livia" mean HoneyLiv and the people who run it.

We are a Stake affiliate. We are not Stake, we don't run a casino and we never hold your money: everything you play happens on Stake, under Stake's own terms. By using this site you agree to this page.

18+ and play responsibly

You must be 18 or older (or the legal gambling age where you live, if that is higher), and online gambling must be legal where you are.

Gambling is entertainment, not a way to make money. Only play with what you can afford to lose. If it stops being fun, take a break: Stake has its own deposit limits and self-exclusion tools.

Your funds

• Livia, HoneyLiv and anyone who helps run this site are not responsible for any money you lose, on Stake or anywhere else.
• We are not responsible for deposits, withdrawals, tips or other transfers sent to the wrong address, network, currency or account, or delayed or lost by Stake, a wallet, an exchange or anyone else.
• Once a reward is sent to the account or address you gave us, it counts as paid. Check your details before you share them.
• We will never ask for your password, your 2FA codes, or for you to send us money first. Anyone who does is not us.

Rewards, races & giveaways

• Every reward, prize, race, milestone, bonus and giveaway is subject to change. We can change, pause or end any of them at any time, with or without notice.
• Only play under code LIVIA counts. Standings come from Stake's affiliate data and can be delayed or corrected; our final figures decide who wins and what is paid.
• Prizes are paid the way each page describes. Payout times are a guide and can vary.
• Giveaway winners are drawn at random. If a winner can't be reached or doesn't meet the rules, we can draw someone else.

Abuse & suspension

If we believe someone is abusing the site or our programme, we can disqualify them, hold back or take back rewards, remove them from leaderboards and giveaways, or suspend their access. This can happen without warning, and our decision is final.

Abuse includes, for example:

• using more than one account, or sharing one;
• hedging, or low-risk or opposite bets placed just to build up wager;
• bots, scripts, or spamming chat to climb a leaderboard;
• exploiting bugs or mistakes on the site;
• chargebacks, or harassing Livia, the team or other viewers;
• breaking Stake's or Kick's rules.

No guarantees

The site is provided as it is. We try to keep it accurate and online, but it can contain mistakes, go down or change. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any loss that comes from using it or from relying on what it shows.

Links to Stake, Kick, Discord and other sites take you to services we don't control.

Changes to this page

We can update this page at any time. The date at the top shows the latest version, and using the site after a change means you accept it.

What we keep

• Account details from Kick and Discord when you sign in or link them, such as your username, profile picture, account ID and email address.
• What you do on the site, such as the giveaways you enter and win.
• Public activity in Livia's Kick chat, such as your messages, message counts for the chatter board, and raffle entries.
• Wager figures Stake shares with us for players using code LIVIA. Names are partly hidden on the public leaderboard.
• Basic technical information needed to keep the site working and secure.

How we use it

To run the leaderboards, rewards, raffles and giveaways, to contact winners, to prevent abuse, and to get in touch with you about the site and the community.

Who sees it

Your email address and linked Discord account are only seen by the people who run the site, and we don't sell your information.

Some things are public by design: your Kick name on the chatter board and in raffles, your Kick name and picture if you win a giveaway, and a partly hidden name and wager on the leaderboard.

The services the site runs on, such as our hosting and database providers, Kick, Discord and Stake, handle some of it as part of that.

Cookies

We only use the cookies needed to keep you signed in and the site working, and no advertising or tracking cookies of our own. Clips you play on the site come from YouTube or Streamable, which follow their own cookie rules.

Your choices

You can sign out, or unlink Discord, from your profile at any time. To ask for your details to be removed, message us on any of the socials linked at the bottom of this page, and we'll remove what we reasonably can. We keep information only for as long as it is useful for running the site.
